Claret Communities’ strategy starts where others stop looking. Using a proprietary, rigorous selection process, we identify exurban sub-markets with strong household incomes and virtually no Class-A rental supply — then build the neighborhood those markets are waiting for.
Our mission is to provide Class-A rental housing in areas that are often overlooked and underserved.
We develop garden-style multifamily communities alongside single-family and townhome rentals with attached garages, assembling specialized teams for each phase: acquisition, entitlement, finance, construction, and lease-up.
